“The Big Night” Sunday Supper | Chef Joe Sasto

The Big Night is Bacco’s monthly Sunday Supper series, an immersive dining experience that brings acclaimed guest chefs and sommeliers from across the country together for one unforgettable evening. Each dinner highlights a different featured ingredient, with a portion of proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry.

For the November edition, Bacco is proud to welcome celebrity chef and television personality Joe Sasto. After training in acclaimed Bay Area kitchens including Quince and Lazy Bear, Sasto became known for his expertise in pasta, helping elevate both restaurants to Michelin-star recognition. Today, Sasto reaches millions through his viral social media content and frequent appearances on Food Network and Bravo programs, including Top Chef, Tournament of Champions, Chopped, and Guy’s Grocery Games.

Centered around the theme of lamb, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated four-course, family-style tasting menu paired with cocktails and regional Italian wines selected by Bacco’s Lead Sommelier, David Stasko.
